A/B got big originally when they came up with the "refrigerated rail car" they invented the "national" beer market since they could ship all over the country.
Trust laws forced the Rail Roads to carry other brands as well .
And as to consumption, everybody around here seems to have a Sam Adams favorite .

there are soooooo  many nicer beers out there  anyway 

personally  I go for smaller craft brews and stay away from the big commercial brews. 

   
and the US has some amazing ones  and some that I want to try however need to get it sent over as they don't sell to Aust   :'( :'(

I'm having a Dogfish Head Indian Brown at the moment!

Damn fine stuff...and being as it's 7.2%, it's not necessary to drink more than a few!

The 120 IPA is hard to get here!  Their whole year could be shot with one bad batch!  I can't afford it myself!

Yep I know it is a limited brew they do as well

I have a friend that lives here in adel as well as NYC and Vermont. Lol will be asking her to bring a 6 pack back with her ;)

What are you paying when you can find the 120 IPA, Jnevis?

It's about 40 bucks for a six pack here when it's available.  There are few places that sell it by the bottle for 10-12 bucks!

Don't really need more than a few anyway at 18% ABV...
