Good read with no pulled punches. This reflects how the majority of NY citizens feel, and it will be quite useful when the lawsuits start.

I think they showed a remarked amount of self-restraint.  Starting with using "Honorable" in the salutations.  I tend to use other adjectives to describe this class of people.
