How come the Brits haven't altogether forgotten how to do real journalism?  Perhaps they should teach journalism to the MSM in the US?

His usual gibberish.... I'm surprised he didn't use the: *serious look* "We're going to appoint a task force and have all resources available."
 
Translation: "I don't have a clue and need to say I'm doing something 'cause I don't have a clue."
If *serious look* doesn't work, give broad smile so he looks good. The media will lap it up.  ::)

When you think about it, this is an incredible racist thing to say.  It's like saying,  "We have all of these guns in our country and some of them end up in yours.  But you guys are so irresponsible you just end up shooting each other.  That's why we are bad people because we know you can't handle it yet we have all of these guns that are so easy for you to steal.  You just can't help it."  ::)
