Motorcycle Carry

Michael, you talked on you radio show about CCW while riding a motorcycle.  You mention shoulder holsters and tank bags but you didn't mention the most obvious, one you wear on your TV show nearly every episode.  The concealed carry vest..  It gives you the same advantages of a shoulder holster but with the added one of being able to take the vest off and holster in your belt holster after you have dismounted.

Keep up the good work.  Your efforts are one of the reasons I see hope for this country.

The only problem I see is having yet another layer (in addition to a proper motorcycle jacket or riding suit) to get under to access the gun.  I realize this may not apply to everyone, but as long as we are talking about keeping oneself safe... ;)

This gives me an idea - concealed carry Aerostich!

i would not want a gun on my person during a fall.
I always break all the clay pigeons,  some times its even with lead.

Carry on the motorcycle the exact same way I carry all the other time. Muscle memory when needed would kick in, don't want to have to 'remember' where my weapon is located.

As for in the event of a fall, odds are slim you will land right on your weapon, most likely not even notice until after the fact anyway.

Yes, in 34 years of riding, I had to put it down three or four times.  The last time was the last time I've ridden, coming up on seven years now!

Wasn't worried about what I landed on, ever!  Wallet, cell phone, car keys, Zippo lighter, et al are the least of your worries when riding a motorcycle in traffic.  It's the dumbass that turned in front of you..

I'll carry whenever I can, where ever I can!
