Count me out. I'll rebut him and argue against him, but to try to get a guy fired for using his Constitutionally protected rights just because he said something we don't like is too close to suspending a kid over a pop tart and the PC police for me to want any part of it.

If the 2nd A can be subject to "reasonable, common sense safety regulations" then so can't the 1st .
After all, you can't yell fire in a crowded theater, (unless there IS a fire )
If this guys comments were made face to face it would constitute "criminal threatening" which happens to be a felony .
If he only loses his job he should thank his lucky stars , I'm sure he would be real popular in jail.
