A New Jersey police officer is being held on $1 million bail after he allegedly shot and killed a man in an apparent act of road rage while traveling with his family in Maryland.

But, but, don't both NJ and Maryland  both have strict gun laws to prevent psycho's from owning guns ?

      I can say that MD has strict gun laws to keep firearms out of the hands of its law abiding citizens. That leaves us vulnerable to criminals, loonies and traveling out-of-state cops from NJ!

It seems a legal shoot to me. The LEO ID'd himself, drew his weapon, and the guys continued to advance. My $.09 (adjusted for inflation and the ever shrinking value of the American dollar!  >:(
