No changes at our end....

Could be an improvement in the lines between your provider and out server.

Maybe the NSA upgraded their hardware.  No, seriously, I've always had to wait a bit for the pages to load whether home, at work or out on the road.

I'm going to say it is on your end, because it is slow as ever up here where the molasses runs almost as slow as this site  :'(
