There's a qualifier in the 50 cal ban legislation and I don't know enough to report it correctly...there's a velocity level...12k psi?  Like only the Barrett type gun would be illegal?

Another wrinkle...if he does not VETO the bills they become law any day now. This may drive me from my home, from the best paying job I ever had, and a super music gig base.

We can stay and fight because frankly there are some really good legal challenges to some of this, but I'm no slave...

Two things:

#1  We don't want it regardless of the wording or qualifiers;

#2  Every one of these I have researched eventually came down to a bore measurement.  The key is in the "and if" and "and or".

When in doubt, refer to rule #1!
If I appear taller than other men it is because I am standing on the shoulders of others.

Christi vetoed all three of these insanely stupid bills late yesterday.  It's a victory when you stop a lynch mob from hanging an innocent man just because they're pissed. It doesn't help our plight here in NJ but at least right now we are spared the indignities of legal STUPIDITY being foisted on us by ignorant, duplicitous scum.

I saw a couple of pathetic stories today.
One was Christie taking a slap at Rand Paul, and the other was Rand Paul taking a slap at Ted Cruz.
Christine said "I can win".. Like John McCain, but with a nicer disposition..
With friends like these, who needs hallucinations!..

The main one was Sweeney's "centerpiece bill- a model for the nation" ( a model of arrogant putz with your head in your ass). That was  Face to face only ammo sales, no private weapon sales, FID card incorporated into NJ driver's license so every cop who stops you or anyone who sees your DL knows you're an owner...those were the main points. Second was the 50 ban, and third was a bill that required medical and police records to be provided to databases in violation of a number of laws.  His argument was, as a former state AG he wanted legislation that addressed violence and it's causes, not ineffective, feel good measures. Gotta give him credit, even though I know the only reason he did it was because that's how he would look best in this situation.

While it is good to hear this from that fat RINO bas*ard if it were true the first thing he would do is repeal most, if not all, of NJ's gun laws since it has been proven over the last 44 years that more restrictions on citizens lead to higher crime rates .
Those like TAB may argue that more guns do not necessarily lead to less crime but there is no possible argument against the fact that fewer guns lead to more crime.

I didn't say I trust him. I'm saying we dodged a bullet on these three POS bills.

Considering the political climate and history of NJ it is only a matter of time, dems are to deeply entrenched to be stopped .
