Thanks for this!  I love this book, I bought it after MB mentioned it in a podcast a few months back.  I've been trying to get a coworker to read it (we are both of the same mindset about these kinds of things) but for some reason he is reluctant to get anything on Kindle.  He has an iPhone, iPad and PC, but he is just being a curmudgeon I guess.  Anyway, thanks again!
