This young lady was trying to earn money for her braces, I think, by selling mistletoe she picked in a city park.

The was told she could not sell with out a vendors license, but she could sit and beg for money there.

She didn't like that and raised enough of a stink that the mayor of Portland is looking into the law that prevented her from working.

Good,  i supose i need a business lic when i was cleaning gutters at about her age.      should have paid taxs on about the $100 i a month  i could earn too ...   bunch of bull shit.  Let the kid earn her braces, it will be a win, win.  She will learn the value of money and will get her braces.
I always break all the clay pigeons,  some times its even with lead.
