At least Florida has a little bit of sense when it comes to carrying into resturants. As long as you do not enter the bar area concealled and remain in the dining area, provided they are seperate, your good to go.

My rule of thumb as to what constitutes the bar here in Florida is basically if you can smoke and have a beer in that part of the restaurant it's off limits since you can only smoke in the bar area by law; if you can't smoke you're good to go even if you can have a beer with your steak.

Damn.. that's complicated.
