I've got both a Golden Boy and Henry Frontier (blued version of GB).  Love to shoot both of them.  Highly recommended.  That's my 2 cents.
You can never have too many guns, or too much ammo

Know the Strat feeling.  I usually grab one of my Tele's but I have an '88 Strat Plus that is hard to put down.

Go with the 22 lever gun. A friend of mine has one and they are great shooters with a pretty classy vibe to them.

Hey...we got it!!
We took the equity in the win and got a Henry Golden Boy so she could work on shooting lefty (left eyed)/
NICE PIECE OF WORK. They say you pay for the Henry name. No s___!  A very nice rifle in 22. I immediately started to lust after a 44 mag...
Picture will follow...
This is such a sweet piece of work...
Hey MB! You should see if Henry wants to sponsor DRTV! - ( I know....being a musician I've been through countless companies for endorsements) BUT...the rifle we got is a really NICE piece of craftsmanship and, if I dare say, Chutzpaa...some of you guys might have to look that one up...
Octagonal blued barrel, wood stocks, and brass plates...(it's a 22 for cryin' out loud) It may have well been JOhn Wayne's saddle rifle....nice work.
We cannot stress how CLASSY we feel throwing 22 LR down range with this rifle.
(Once again...pix will follow.)
I got the blues as my companion.

Great call.  Henry makes an outstanding rifle.  Great guns that are very, very handsome too.  You said it right .. very classy.

I have an early model (first year) Win 9422 that is a hoot to shoot.  Gun came with a really nice piece of wood which makes it a very handsome rifle.  But there is something just so cool about the lever and the sound of a round being chambered.

BTW ... Did you get the email I sent you on my Telecaster?

The Golden Boy's action is smooth and as stated earlier, a real hoot to shoot. My grandson has already informed me that when I'm gone, it's his ( I hope by then he can buy his own  ::) ).

Nice choice Path.  Yep, lever guns are fun and in .22 you can afford to burn ammo in it! ;D

ENJOY!!!!!
