Well I'm home now and it was an interesting day. The only belt fed I personally was able to shoot was the M2 50 cal. With armor piercing incendiary rounds. Looks cool when hitting cars. There seemed to be a lot of malfunctions with the equipment, but I got a lot of video, including the mini gun. In different ways, they all had some +'s and -'s. The pkm ran from the get go and never failed, the Vickers ran most of the time and were very accurate to 300m, the MG42 is awesome, but had several repairs to keep it running. The mini gun, is just AWESOME, no recoil, no failures, and that noise that it makes just gets me going. It's too bad surplus .308 has gotten so expensive, @ 40 - 50 cents a round at 6,000 rpm, do the math. I'm glad I have friends who allow me to share, as I figure, a 100 round belt of .50 cal was probably easy a hundred bucks. If I can figure out how, I will post the video. I may need Marshalls help.
