Jaybeth.. They have waaaay too much time on their hands.. and some have their paws in too deep.. LOL

Got my mowing all done. Corn picked and shucked.. laundry going..lunch over with and I will have Mason for a few hours and then take him to the lake where the kids have the jet boat out and are tubing. If there is any oomph left in me.. maybe I'll water ski. Then going to play pinochle tonight. Not too bad for a day...  ;)

Someday.. he will be  howling in soprano cause my SOG knife will take the "play" right out of him for awhile.

When I was a teenager after hunting on a farm one day, my hunting partner, noticing all the cats around the barn, mentioned to the farmer that he had a male cat he needed to have "fixed".  The farmer said that around there they just stuff the cat head first into an old rubber boot, used a razor blade on them, then swabbed a little iodine on it.  "They'll be mad at you for a couple of days, but they get over it".
Still locks my knees together thinking about it.

That's nothing compared to doing a fifty pound pig. Also no anesthetic. Trust me, it takes at least two.

That does it.  I'm just going to have to learn to walk with my knees pressed together
