Romney is a Masshole, anti gun POS.

McCain is not much better... also lets not forget that bush said he would sign another AWB if it made it too his desk.

is that what the people of his state wanted?   if so it would have been WRONG for him to veto it.

Leaders sometimes have to actually lead, and that sometimes means going against the prevailing "wisdom".

My money is on Bobby Jindal.  From what I see an announcement will be made in Louisiana.

Tab, Let me get this right here. If the people of the state wanted to allow the age of consent to be 10 years old to drink, drive get married The Governor shouldn't veto it? As said previously a leader should lead and veto stupid laws. JMHO

Thought that stupidity was settled  1860 - 1865, Just because the MAJORITY in a state wanted to continue slavery did not mean they could.

Maybe I'm just getting sucked into the local media hype, but now ABC Radio and a couple other sources have joined the Star Tribune in talking about Gov. Pawlenty of Minnesota.  They've been playing this up in the Cities for quite a while, and Pawlenty has down played it.  However, they also got going on Jessie running for Senate, but he played mind games with the media and had a great time.

If your boss says do this or your fired, do you do it, or do you get fired?

Whether McCain names his VP this week or not, I think floating that story was a brilliant piece of political strategy.  It has worked in diverting SOME amount of attention from B-Ho's Victory Tour of Europe and the middle east.

Did you see the footage of the interview where Katie Couric tried, repeatedley, to pin "The Messiah" down about his statements and opinions on the troop surge?  The fact that Obama ducked and dodged the questions didn't surprise me a bit.  But there are a couple of things that DID surprise me:

1)  That Couric, or any other member of the mainstream media would ask such questions of the candidate they seem to have an almost schoolgirl-like crush on.

2)  That the footage of the encounter ended up ANYWHERE besides the cutting room floor.
I love waking up every morning knowing that Donald Trump is President!!
