Get a real person on the phone

tried it today my wife used the number furnished on her card and couldn't get anyone to answer just computer voice. I looked it up and got right into customer service. I hope it works for you.

Yes I have called a number and got a human. to bad the did not speak my language nor I thiers! ;D
