M'ette  - Aw, shucks...  I didn't know you cared!   ;)

twyacht - It was a lot of fun for me to build this up, although there wasn't much 'building' to it...  I put more $ into it than I should, but I'd decided before I started that it was much more about making it exactly the gun I wanted rather than making practical choices.  That said, I can't say enough good things about the Mesa Tactical stock adapter.  Heck, it's more solid than the receiver itself.  Not the cheapest, but it's likely to stand up to just about anything.

Also, the Surefire front-end...  There's a 6-volt and a 9-volt version; the 9 is a bit brighter, but you also have slightly different controls on the forearm itself; be sure you pick the right one if you decide to get one.  As with the Mesa adapter, not the cheapest forearm light, but you get what you pay for.

Glad y'all like the pic!  I'll be sure and share a pic of my new .308 rifle I'm setting up once I finish with it.

After, with Knoxx stock, Advanced Technology forend, 18 inch Mossburg replacement barrel, and side saddle.  I think this will make one heck of a home defense gun.

Now to go shoot it!

The good news- you did not try to turn it into some kind of rifle. Gabe Suarez would take you to task.

Did someone mention shotguns?

Here is a pic of me and my baby in a bonding session.

You know, I've always had some reason why I couldn't justify spending the $ on a Benelli, but there's just not much better, is there?  I should just stop screwing around and find one...
