The IRS should be a part of the missing persons bureau.
If someone goes missing, just call the IRS and tell them the missing person owes them money.
They will find them...... ;D

Whenever I see an envelope with a official looking return address I do a really convincing "deer in the headlights" impersonation.  Lucky for me my wife's an accountant and handles all that stuff.
