Thanks, Mr. Mac...that was fantastic stuff....I love to listen to talented people play good music.... 8)

Here's one back at you.
Some good old pickin' on a couple of flat top boxes. They don't get going 'til about the 1:00 minute mark.

The young kid (Derek Trucks) has been playing since he was like 4 or 5. The older guy (Warren Haynes) is an old hand at the business. Both play with The Allman Brothers.

As to the first video, wow!  I never have been a big Kansas fan other that "Dust in The Wind", but that little girl rocked "Wayward Son".  Warren Haynes and Derek Trucks... how can you beat that?  The Allman Brothers Band has been my favorite group for a long, long time.  I have been priviledged to hear them live atleast a dozen times and they have never failed to impress.  I have seen just about all of the "greats" over the years, minus SRV, Hendrix, and Duane.   :'(  However, Derek Trucks simply amazes me with the way he can make the guitar sing.  Thanks guys for the "tunage"!  Gonna have to break out one of the ol' git boxes now and do a little playing myself.

This is amazing.... And it happened here out on the country this last year when the country side flooded.

I didn't see it happen, but I looked at it afterward..

Being from Texas, and near Dallas, I've been enjoying SRV for a long time, ( still got the tee shirt ) and the concert stubs, you people got me going with your you tube links. Here's one with SRV's long time friend and an 8 year old. Buddy Guy and Quinn Sullivan.  The young man is very impressive, as is always Buddy.
