I think it's a fake. Looking at the language on the license and the place where it has been handed out, I think it's a Yugoslavian or maybe a Croatian drivers license.
Among the many misdeeds of the British rule in India, history will look upon the act of depriving a whole nation of arms, as the blackest.

I don't know about FAKE, but the explanation is not correct. She was BORN in Kirkuk, the license how ever was issued while she was living in Zagreb  Croatia. For one thing it is not written in Arabic script, secondly it gives a Zagreb address, "Dubrava 27". You don't have to read Serbo-Croatian to figure that out.
I guess there is no phrase in that language for "Lets see some ID please".

lucky pen

Some people will spend money on the dumbest crap!
"If you love wealth more than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, depart from us in peace. We ask not your counsel nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you. May your chains rest lightly upon you and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen." [Samuel Adams]

You may have already seen this, but I'm posting it anyway. Even if you are not a person of Faith, this video is inspirational.
So there......

We too ofter complain about trivial things, that hold us back from achieving what we can.
This video will show you what determination and courage can achieve.
And the passion of a father son relationship.

One day the son asked his father "Dad" can you enter a race with me?
The father with health problems says "yes"
They went on to race together.
Then they went on to complete a marathon together, and then the son entered more marathons and the father always agreed.
The son then asked the father to complete an Ironman, and again the father agreed.

For those who are not aware the Ironman contest consists of a triathlon (3 events) without stopping.
This is an endurance race that starts off with swimming at sea for 2.4 miles (3.86Km.) then onto a bike race of 112 miles (180.2 Km.) and when completed a foot race of 26.23 miles (42,195Km.) along the shores of Big Island.
The Father and son completed this Ironman together.
