:o Thanks Tab, after seeing that picture, I have locked in my one-way ticket to hell  ;D for the thoughts running through my head.
"If you love wealth more than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, depart from us in peace. We ask not your counsel nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you. May your chains rest lightly upon you and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen." [Samuel Adams]

I was hoping to see a jet go under the bridge. In 1959 Air Force Captain John Lappo flew an RB-47 Stratojet bomber under the Mackinac Bridge in Michigan. It has less clearance than the Golden Gate Bridge but he made it look easy at 425 miles per hour in his bomber. A little fighter should have no problen getting under a bridge that has 50 feet more clearnace.

""It may be laid down as a primary position, and the basis of our system, that every Citizen who enjoys the protection of a free Government, owes not only a proportion of his property, but even his personal services to the defence of it, and consequently that the Citizens of America (with a few legal and official exceptions) from 18 to 50 Years of Age should be borne on the Militia Rolls, provided with uniform Arms, and so far accustomed to the use of them, that the Total strength of the Country might be called forth at a Short Notice on any very interesting Emergency." - George Washington. Like so many things in Ca. it's illegal. comes from WWII when the pilots from Alameda etc. used to do loops around the bridge.
