He's right, DEPENDING ON LOCATION, his yard, his lawn mower = his business, no one else s.
The caveat's are, the assumption that he lives in a rural area, not a housing development in the middle of town.
Short barreled shotguns are NFA weapons. And alcohol and guns don't mix, but neither do alcohol and lawnmowers.
