A Sudanese court has sentenced Mariam Ishag to death after she was accused of leaving Islam and marrying a Christian husband.

The decision to sentence the woman to death by hanging for "apostasy" is barbaric and the government of Sudan must be held accountable for its actions.

The Muslim community is saddened by yet another barbaric government that does not respect freedom of religion or freedom of thought. Only Muslims can change this behavior by opposing the government of Sudan and other governments that violate basic human rights.

It's simple, they go against the popular meme that Muslim terrorism is a reaction to evil Europeans inflicting poverty on the poor victim ragheads.
The truth of the matter for the last thousand years is that Islamic violence has ALWAYS been a top down effort aimed at getting some wealthy or influential Muslim more power or wealth at the expense of the common people.
