How about posting some pictures of our guns? I will be first. Here are my handguns:
Here are my rifles:
and here is my shotgun. I only have the Mossburg at top. Sold the double barrel.
I think I need a few more shotguns!

Hello.
Here are a few that I find nice:
Two older Model 10's...
A Model 14 I recently found NIB...
This 9mm Hi Power was bought new in 1971. It was customized about a year later by Lou Willamson of Hurst, TX. It remains my favorite Hi Power.
I've owned this Model P225 for years and it's never missed a stutter.
My old "Duty Hi Power," a 9mm Mk III with Novak sights and Spegel blk delrin stocks...
An S&W Model 24-3 with two 25-yard targets. I do not carry this one and sort of baby it, but it is my favorite revolver.
This is my most used revolver, an often-shot (range practice) and always-carried Model 642 from S&W. It is stock as can be but very, very smooth due to LOTS of shooting.
I bought this 4" Model 19 for my father. With his passing, it came back to me. It shoots well enough but is special for other reasons.
A well-used S&W Model 58. It and the hunting knife have been with me several times when hunting whitetail deer. Sadly, though I've put the knife to use, I have never taken any game with this revolver. (It is wearing some very old Fitz "Gunfighter" grips.)
These Ruger revolvers have convinced me that I made a mistake by never taking this maker's revolvers "seriously" until a few years ago. Both have proven both reliable and accurate with POA matching POI out to about 25 yards with most loads in the 145 to 158-gr range. I hear that S&W actions are smoother, but I couldn't prove it by these two. Perhaps it is because they've been shot LOTS and maybe were smoother than most from the box? I don't know, but they have proven exceptionally smooth and easy to shoot.
This 1911-pattern pistol is one I did at home using only stones, files, and sandpaper. A gunsmith did blue the gun for me to be sure. I'd starve to death as a 'smith; this one has around 90 hours in it. Frame and slide are from Caspian and the bbl is a Kart EZ-Fit. "Easy" is relative...
...and a 6" .45 ACP built the same way. Both guns work fine and group better than ever expected.
Best.

It's nice to have a gun around that has ".45" stamped on it.
