They can marry legally, but public sex is still frowned upon.  If either are Kalifornistan university students, a letter of understanding is required prior to sexual contact.

The most serious legal question here regards the dog's carry permit and whether or not the dog brandished the weapon. 

At least no one was chewed into the shape of a pop-tart.
