To be fair - the opinion pieces are not all that bad - in fact the worst one suggests only Universal Background Checks (UBCs). The rest are actually, to varying degrees, pro-gun rights.
UBC's maybe one of the worst things to come out short of an outright ban.
Depending upon how the law is written, by feds or states, you might be in violation if the guy at the next shooter station is allowed to hold your latest purchase.
Think of how many folks will be behind bars for illegal transfer of a firearm if that situation is a setup.
You could be in violation teaching your child how to dry fire one of your weapons or how to clean it.
At gun shows, you will have to fill out the forms and get the check before you can touch the GUN you are interested in.
