My hometown makes the map! Isis -2
« on: May 05, 2015, 01:07:40 AM »
By now most of you have seen the news from Garland Tx, 2 alleged terrorist crashed an event called "draw Mohammed " defending the rights of journalist and cartoonist to show the prophet in a less than desirable fashion without fear of reprisal. The event was at a building owned by the Garland independent school district, but not actual school grounds. 2 armed and armored men jumped out of a car in the parking lot, and began by shooting a guard for the event, an alert Garland policeman returned fire, killing both men with head shots. +2 for the cop, -2 for the alleged isis members. The guard was hit in the foot, and has been released and expected to be fine. It is almost anticlimactic, the gunfight was over before it got started, we will never know how many lives were saved by this alert and capable man. His name has not been released, which I believe is prudent. By the way this zip code is 1 of the highest density CHL in the state.  North Garland high Raiders rule! My Alma matter - Yosemite Sam was our mascot.

Have to think the cop did superb.  Took on two shooters wearing body armor and using semi-auto long guns and took both out with his pistol.

Might be some Texas Ranger in  his lineage  "One terrorist attack, one Ranger"

I read somewhere where they said ISIS was alive and well in 15 states, ready to carry out attacks. But I haven't seen a map of where they supposedly are. Does anyone have a link?

Read yesterday that ISIS claims 71 "warriors" in the USA, but that the number is growing......which is a good thing.  71 is not nearly enough to go around.   ;D ;D

Get a Glock, TAB   ;D ;D

I believe the cop took out the two attackers with one round of 45 each with his Glock.
