We all have those.   Moment of weakness, that is.

Very nice.     The gun, that is.

Well, now......

I am not the sort of person likes to dress fancy.  Don't wear a wristwatch.  Or any jewelry, not even my wedding ring, which aggravates my wife considerably.

But I can see wearing that, maybe in an IWB holster that would show the grips and a little of the metal engraving.

Makes a statement, it does.

The 640 is one of the few S&Ws that interests me. That one really looks sharp.
""It may be laid down as a primary position, and the basis of our system, that every Citizen who enjoys the protection of a free Government, owes not only a proportion of his property, but even his personal services to the defence of it, and consequently that the Citizens of America (with a few legal and official exceptions) from 18 to 50 Years of Age should be borne on the Militia Rolls, provided with uniform Arms, and so far accustomed to the use of them, that the Total strength of the Country might be called forth at a Short Notice on any very interesting Emergency." - George Washington. Letter to Alexander Hamilton, Friday, May 02, 1783

It really is a pretty gun!
Typically not-great trigger, but that can be corrected.
I actually committed another act of (premeditated) stupidity..
I'm afraid this one will preclude most future acts of indulgence. At least for awhile..  ::)

It doesn't have much boogie to it but it handles at least as well as the Mustang and it's WAY more comfortable..
40 mpg helps offset the lack of acceleration..
I think the worst part, (aside from having to pay for it), is having to say "I bought a hybrid"..
I think it's a nice frame to display the new toy, actually!!!
