I had heard about that before, that the IDF was using them to target "fugitives spotted during the riots and others they wanted to make sure didn't get away.

Hmm, with all those shot knee caps they should do an exchange program with the hospital in Belfast NI,  Up toll the 90's at least it had the best orthopedic depth in the world.
Maybe MB should pay them a visit too. LOL
