Finally found it. Here is the ultimate in "Hot Chicks with Guns" - This is "Hot chicks with Israeli Military Training and Guns".

These are the women of the IDF (Israeli Defense Force - as pictured in above posts). They are definitely hot, and me thinks they know how to field strip a rifle too (No pun intended).
