Do you have what it takes to be a liberal?

1.  Can you effectively pillage and riot?

2.  Can you look in the mirror and blame others for your problems?

3.  Can you race bait and play the race card with no hesitation?

4.  Can you demonstrate hatred for the United States on a consistent basis?

5.  Can you consistently minimize the Constitution in order to propagate the liberal agenda?

6.  Can you accept that big government is your savior and not Jesus Christ?

7.  Can you pledge a life long commitment to support public unions?

8.  Can you effectively demonstrate hatred for the United States Military?

9.  Can you pledge to have complete understanding of the Communist Manifesto and Rules for Radicals?

10. Can you accept no personal responsibility for yourself, your family and your community?

Well, one out of 10 , pillaging kind of runs in my Norse Irish genes .
Number 6 is the whole sum of liberalism.
It is not a political philosophy based on reason, it is a religion dedicated to worship of the "State".
They believe in a higher power just as devoutly as you do.
Where you surrender to the "Will of God" they surrender to the "Will of the State".
I have to point out here that I keep telling you Conservatives "Rules for Radicals" has no political leanings.
It may have been written by a communist, but it is simply a very well reasoned instruction manual for getting power. It will work just as well for conservatives if they were smart enough to grasp that there is, and never has been, any place for ethics, or principle involved in getting power.
The usual sob sisters will whine "There should be", tough, if you don't want to get muddy, don't play with the pigs.
If you actually want to effect change accept the fact that God ignores campaigns, He only cares about what you with the power once you've got it.

Problem I have with any politician who follow "The Rules for Radicals" and will do what it takes to get in power is that they will also do anything it takes to stay in power...including tossing the Constitution, any promises they have made, the Nation and the citizens in the trash heap.

How do you get politicians who will do "whatever it takes" to get elected to suddenly forget about keeping power and doing what is best for the country instead of what is best for themselves and staying in power?

If you AREN'T willing to do whatever it takes you won't get power and your opinions don't matter.
Same reason 100 million pussies with guns are scared over gun control.

Lack of financing, and the fact that the planets human infestation just isn't worth the aggravation. Most of them deserve what they are getting. Watch what happens with "austerity plans in all the bankrupt socialist countries in the European Union.Telling the sheep what they want to hear ALWAYS works.
And you left out whacking a few of your more effective opponents, that always helps.
