It looks like I was 5 years behind on this thread so I went through it and looked at all the pictures. Actually just empty placeholders where the pictures should have been. Not the most satisfying way to go through a thread, but quick.  :)

I suspect that it's going to be too cold this week to mess with putting a CB and related antennas in my truck.

Heated garage. ;)  I would huddle up to it in this weather.

Almost.  Our new barn without the doors...   We are just waiting for the guy to finish it out to show up...maybe 2 weeks from now.  Next week we get the spray foam insulation treatment...at least I hope so.

TAB-2" on ceiling and 1" on walls should do it?  All closed cell insulation.

Just checked the forecast for Thursday. They missed our snow event planned for today. I wouldn't have minded it, but ok to miss. Today was calm and about 25f. This evening it has gotten breezy. As I try and write a paper the windchimes are dictating. Tomorrow, Thursday, is forecast for a high of 28f, wind (=windchill), and the low for the night going into Friday is -8f. I have been hearing frigid Friday, Saturday and Sunday ...

I had a "special" run overnight Friday last week (nice bonus pay), and we get a floating holiday for working Dr. King Day. Because of this, and being pretty well caught up, the manager told me if things still look good tomorrow, he will give me Friday off. With this forecast, and the fact my paycheck won't take a ding, I'LL TAKE IT!

I like wind chimes.  I have two of them hanging here at the back house.

I do too. My bride likes them, but she takes them down when they sing while we are sitting on the deck. If you ever figure out the mind of a woman, PLEASE at least give me a hint.

I firmly believe that what kills old men isn't disease or age, It's that they finally figure out women and it's the shock that kills them.
