trigger lock removal

Ok so I have 2 trigger locks to remove.  The kind that locks around the trigger guard.  Any one have any ideas about giw to get them off with out drilling them out?
I always break all the clay pigeons,  some times its even with lead.

should be a simple 3 pin tumbler,easy to pick,just need a torsion bar and a thin stiff wire
