Corbon is great ammo. I don't need any but I'll probably get some 45 Auto +P 165gr JHPs. With a velocity of 1250fps and 573ftlbs of energy it's one of the hottest loads out there in .45 ACP. I think it would be a really good load for my carbine conversion unit too. I already have a few boxes of the DPX short barrel ammo but at 40% off I should get a few more.

I tried to get some more short barrel DPX but it was out of stock. I ordered 10 boxes of the +P 165 grain JHP .45s and the price including shipping worked out to $15 a box. Not bad for ammo that lists for $23.99 a box.

Yay! The big brown truck of happiness came by this afternoon. It took a week to get my ammo. I'm sure it would have been here earlier if it wasn't for me ordering so soon before Christmas.
