A notice from the NRA in the september American Hunter magazine.

Between pages 60 & 61, we find a tearout with 4 reminder cards to hand out to other hunters & shooters.


It shows Barack Obama's 10 point plan to "CHANGE" the second amendment..


1) Ban the use of firearms for home defense.


2) Pass FEDERAL laws eliminating your Right-to-Carry.


3) Ban the manufacture, sale and possession of handguns.


4) Close down 90% of the gun shops in America.


5) Ban rifle ammuinition commonly used for hunting and sport shooting.


6) Increase federal taxes on guns and ammunition by 500 percent.


7) Restore voting rights for five million criminals including those who
have been convicted of using a gun to commit a crime.


Cool Expand the Clinton semi-auto ban to include many more firearms.


9) Mandate a government-issued license to purchase a firearm.


10) Appoint judges to the Supreme Court and federal judiciary who
share his views on the second amendment.

Tonight I was flipping channels during a break in the republican debate and found an Obama conference that occured earlier today. The question of gun control came up and he advised he had no problem with individuals having arms for personal protection of thiei families or sport and could not take them away if he wanted because of the current votes in congress. Silver tounge? His history of votes against cch and firearms in general make this look like a reach for votes. I think maybe he is starting to realise that we "ignorant" Americans do indeed cling to guns and religion and ALL God given rights. What a FT!
