I see some Federal Lightning ammo in there Bill. That's the only ammo of any caliber that I've ever had a squib with.

I've had that stuff forever. I forgot where I bought it. But I remember they were practically giving it away. So I bought a full J hook of the stuff. Like 40 bags or so. I've shot up most all of it over the years. I have just a few bags of it left. I never had a squib or a FTF or FTE with it. About the only thing I did notice was it was dirtier then most of the other bulk ammo I've gone through. Especially in short barreled handguns.

when you exceed the load carrying capacity of your floor, its too much. 


I am down too about 20k rounds,   I want to buy/ roll more, but with a move coming, its a bad idea.
I always break all the clay pigeons,  some times its even with lead.

I am almost there. I have between 2K and 5K for every caliber I need not counting the 10K plus .22LR.

No...then it's time to revisit the load capacity of the floor joists and invest in some more supports.  ;D  ;D


When my best friend's father finally had to have all his guns and ammo secured due to advanced  Alzheimers, he had at least a thousand rounds per caliber and triple that in the ones he shot the most (not counting .22LR, which was nearly 10,000 alone)... and he owned guns in every standard caliber.
And, he loaded probably 90% of it.

Totally insane. It's unbelievable just how stupid people can actually act when they put their feeble minds to it. I would be embarrassed to be involved in any part of that.

They should come to my house. They would have to evacuate the city of Phoenix! This stuff alone is over 50 years old, (1967). Still shoots like the day it was made.
