True, some allergies to food are very subtle but debilitating to the person suffering.

Systemic reactions make it easy to target the food group, the subtle ones can be very difficult to target and avoid.

If you don't even have a mild reaction to something you aren't allergic to it. I just copied this directly from foodallergy.org.

Mild to moderate symptoms may include one or more of the following

    Hives (reddish, swollen, itchy areas on the skin)
    Eczema flare (a persistent dry, itchy rash)
    Redness of the skin, particularly around the mouth or eyes
    Itchy mouth or ear canal
    Nausea or vomiting
    Diarrhea
    Stomach pain
    Nasal congestion or a runny nose
    Sneezing
    Slight, dry cough
    Odd taste in mouth

Severe symptoms may include one or more of the following

Swelling of the lips, tongue, and/or throat that blocks breathing

    Trouble swallowing
    Shortness of breath or wheezing
    Turning blue
    Drop in blood pressure (feeling faint, confused, weak, passing out)
    Loss of consciousness
    Chest pain

I have 25 years of wrestling everything from pewee  to pan americans...  I have more metal in my knees then bone.  Add in 20 years of construction.  I am pretty messed up
I always break all the clay pigeons,  some times its even with lead.

I've read Sun Tzu several times, and occasionally watch the "news" on TV to know my enemy... and have to ask myself, "am I in a frigging parallel universe?, or am I really wrong?"

They are not necessarily mutually exclusive, Les.  ;D

But yeah...I always figured there were two basic types of liberals:  Crooks and Stupid.  But I have found there is a third:  Insane.
