I think if you delete your cookies for pbs.org, you may be able to vote again. I'm not saying do it, just a Windows lesson.

I just kept closing the window and re clicking on the link, worked 30 times so far.

I logged on a few minutes ago and 40 % percent had voted YES, 52% NO.

I blocked all cookies and voted dozens of times. It's 63% yes, 32% no, and 3% durrr.
