The United States Army celebrated its 246th birthday yesterday. I forgot about it this year, but I'll be celebrating the 250th birthday in 2025. It's easy to forget since I don't see people posting about it like they do the younger, smaller Marines Corps' birthday. I think it's just a case of the new kid always getting more attention.
