What are the rules for movie guns

I have lived with and we all pay for stupid rules and regulations.  It is high time for the liberal elements to begin to enjoy the excess administration they crave so badly.

I would give them rules galore to handle prop guns.  They would be required to have a certification just like everyone who ever worked for me needed just to walk onto an oil and gas facility.  Runoff pollution from a tin roof....really?...give it back to them.

I have found that until people enjoy their own "good ideas" they really will continue to tell other people what to do and how to do it from their position of total ignorance.

So...yes, new rules and regulations for what is essentially a problem that does not exist.  It will cost Hollywood $$$'s and be a pain in the administrative arse for them.  They deserve nothing less.
