New York Gov. Kathy Hochul claims that the firearm used in the Buffalo, NY shooting was legally obtained but illegally modified. The illegal modification was the use of illegal magazines. Magazines that are legally available in PA.
Since when is a magazine an illegal modification to a firearm? Sure, the detachable magazine may be illegal, but that is not a modification to the gun.
Anti-gun and anti-Second Amendment static has been low for the last couple years - Campaigns and beginning of the Biden Administration. When will this ramp up, and when will we start hearing what is going on to strip us of Rights? We all know something is afoot, but how much is unknown to the public.
