When someone of such a position in our government says they are going to do something they should not let another country dictate their actions.  Nancy girl said she was going to Taiwan.  Now when some bellicose TV announcer in China says her coming in Taiwan with a fighter escort is an invasion and she should be shot down....OOOPPS.  Now Taiwan is missing from her itinerary.

At this point you can't not go to Taiwan girley.  You've been called out. 

We can hope she's dropped a visit from her itinerary so that the timing isn't know by the communist who hate and want to kill us.  I think it's more like she's scared for her own skin. 

We'll see.

She is JUST the Speaker of the House.  A replacement of which can be elected in a matter of minutes if Congress is "in".  Granted she's #2 in succession, but it's probably more important to keep the Football safe than her.

I think she absolutely must go now.  Are we going to honor our treaty or show weakness that will encourage China to invade Taiwan?  Hey, it's her job.  She is supposed to be representing the USA and some things are worth dying for....but for her...maybe not so much.  I mean, if something happens to her how is she going to divvie up all of the ill gotten gains she's amassed in Congress?

Besides, it was TV announcer being bellicose making the threat about invasion and shoot down.  They do that sort of thing ALL OF THE TIME to Taiwan and nothing happens....I seriously doubt anything will happen now.  Especially since they see Russia is having a hard time at home and we do have an unwritten defense treaty with Taiwan.  That and we've been pouring men and supplies into the area since at least January this year.

Showing fear in the face of a TV announcer and changing plans because of a news guy pretty much ensures the communist Chinese will invade Taiwan before long.  It also says they'll have a free hand to, "Go forth and conquer."  You're really going to love that. 

Those are some arrogant SOB's in China.  Bullies.  When I made my trip through Guam, Saipan and Palau in 2018 the Chinese would push you out of the way to get what they wanted.  The didn't care if you were waiting on the elevator with your family you were supposed to move out of their way, forgo that dinner table they wanted, give up that spot on the beach that you had, move out of the way at the souvenir shop, whatever.  What impressed me so much was not their lack of manners or rude behaviour, I was impressed that when I pushed (not shoved) them back and scowled in a clear manner that I was going to whip their little ass they ran like a cockroach.

The Chinese line is a line that must be crossed.

If she stayed with the same plane she used to Guam she has snuck into Singapore.  You can see she left Guam and then flew over the Philippines (picking up fighters?) and landed in Singapore.

Looks like the ChiComs were blowing more hot air unless they tag her on the way into Taiwan.

She's got something else in mind, maybe provoking a conflict so we can FURTHER drain our stockpiles sending stuff to Taiwan as well as Ukraine, and thereby weakening us for . . . .what?

There has got to be some grift in it for her or her causes OR it's an ego thing OR....

We see that Xi Jinping who was granted a 3rd term in power is encountering political headwinds right now.  Not as bad as Mao, but he has an international domination plan for China.  Could it be the this is a planned humiliation to help jettison him from power?   

Xi Jinping has an energy crisis at home, a real estate crisis at home, etc., so this is a good time to be pushing on him.  Plus, he hasn't left Bejing in nearly 2 years.  Maybe this is the straw that breaks the camel's back and he's put on the sidewalk?

Pisses me off that while she is playing these games and China is lobbing missiles, Biden is curled up in his crib sucking his thumb.  Even when asked he wouldn't commit one way or the other on her trip.
