Taccom makes an Ambidextrous Rotating Safety for Ruger 10/22, Ruger 22 Charger, and Ruger PC Carbine. You can use your trigger finger to engage/disengage safety. If I was a lefty, I would order this right away. Installation doesn't require taking the gun apart at all. It can be installed while receiver is still in your stock.
