TEC-47 Rifle From 21st-TEC

For $1,399.00 or $1,499.00, you can get an AR10 (DPMS/LR308) platform that shoots the 7.62x39mm cartridge, instead of 7.62x51mm NATO. It's billet T6 aircraft aluminum, and only has a 16-inch barrel, but weighs 8.5lbs. That's 1.22 pounds heavier than an AKM with a 16.3 inch barrel and steel receiver. Yeah. I want that. I want it real bad. ::) The TEC-47 rifle from 21st-TEC includes a Magpul PMAG 30 AK and is compatible with metal AK-47 magazines. Note: Doesn't Accept US Palm Magazines. For reference, the CMMG RESOLUTE, Mk47, 7.62x39mm, 16.1", formerly known as the Mutant, weighs 7 pounds, a full pound and a half lighter than this gun shooting the same ammo. But it actually costs even more than this obne does, $1,899.95 MSRP.

""It may be laid down as a primary position, and the basis of our system, that every Citizen who enjoys the protection of a free Government, owes not only a proportion of his property, but even his personal services to the defence of it, and consequently that the Citizens of America (with a few legal and official exceptions) from 18 to 50 Years of Age should be borne on the Militia Rolls, provided with uniform Arms, and so far accustomed to the use of them, that the Total strength of the Country might be called forth at a Short Notice on any very interesting Emergency." - George Washington.
