If I could have seen it, I bet my ex had the same look on her face on more than one occasion.  :o

Yeah well, I have a bitch in heat right now.  She's all penned up.  The thought of more puppies scares the heck out of me.  This looks like more the same.

That would be quite a mix though...with the Beagle that is.  Rabbits may not escape.

My dad used to have a can of alum in the gun cabinet. When I asked him what it was for, he told me that was for when a bitch was in heat. Alum is a styptic and astringent, and causes constriction or contraction of mucous membranes and exposed tissues. ???  Well, one way to keep dogs from getting pregnant is if they're too tight to be penetrated. :o  My dad had his own way of doing some things, and they weren't always good ways. Just look how I turned out. ;)

Besides people who were just plain stupid and dangerous, we had 2 kinds of people I hated in the army, brown-nosers and cheese-eaters (informers, stool pigeons, rats).

People who lack merit.  They cannot or will not improve their image by hard work.

I can't imagine a more succinct way to put it.

I had a neighbor who had three weimaraners he would walk by my house.  When I asked about the dogs he told me they are absolutely crazy go nuts until they get into their second year.  Then they turn into really cool dogs.  The beagle in the back is the very definition of a "horn-dog."
