I got more Olights yesterday. A limited edition Titanium Gears Arkfeld Pro that I pre-ordered, in April, I think. An Oclip Pro Stars & Stripes Edition, with a Headlamp Strap that's compatible with the Oclip, Oclip Pro, and Oclip Ultra, and a free Oclip Pro American Flag Patch. And a Memorial Day Special Deal i3E EOS Stars and Stripes edition, for $4.99. They still have those for sale, too, for $12.99. They didn't run out yet. They would be good to have on the 4th of July too, but I won't buy them when they aren't on sale.

The Oclip Headlamp Strap is perforated to let it breathe, and has reflective stripes and writing on it. The light clips onto a bracket that can rotate 170 degrees, or until the light hits your face, whichever comes first. And it stays in position. I haven't tried jumping up and down to see if it moves. The square that the light clips onto is just the right size. It doesn't move back and forth or up and down at all. Now my Oclip Pros can do almost everything my Perun 2 Mini can, but with a maximum output of 500 lumens and beam distance of 393 ft (120 m), vs. 1,100 lumens and 492 ft (150 m) beam distance on the Perun 2 Mini. But I never use Turbo anyway. I'm much more likely to use 100 or 300 lumens on the Oclip Pro, and 60 or 250 lumens on the other. If I had the headstrap sooner, I probably wouldn't have bought the Perun 2 Mini. You can also take the Oclip bracket off the head strap and attach it directly to MOLLE gear if you wear a vest or pack of any kind. Having an Oclip on your chest with the ability to tilt it down at any angle would come in really handy. It would made an excellent map light, especially if you have maps that are red-light readable like military maps.

P.S. The Arkfeld Pro had a black pocket clip on it but I had a blue clip left over that I previously bought an extra of. For some reason I was thinking they were for the Arkfeld Ultra, not the Pro, and I only used 1 of the 2 I bought, until now. The titanium flashlight is definitely heavier than the aluminum ones, so I'll sit and admire it more than I carry it. But, some pocket wear might polish it up a bit and make it look even better.

Another order from Majer, I presume? I got an email from Olight that I have a nice 10% reward. Thanks for using the link. Let me know if you want this Early Access Card. There are a couple of trial products you can get for 50% off. You can't tell anyone what they are, and Olight may or may not ask for a review. These might become production items, but for now they aren't. I guess that would make these beta tests. If you don't want the card, PegLeg is next in line for the offer. After that, maybe I'll ask one of my friends before it's up for grabs.

Okay. Thanks again Majer, for ordering through the link. I'll split the 10% I got on both orders with you if you'd like.

PegLeg, let me know if you want that card. It looks like there are still 2 trial items available at half price.

Hey Frank, is your email still the same as listed in the Ranger roll call? If not shoot it to me in a message. I have a $15 coupon for anything over $99 and I know I won't use it before it expires on the 20th. It's yours if you want it first.

It's still the same @comcast.net. I've been looking at the site a lot lately and not finding anything I want. I still have the early access card for trial stuff at half price. They only have 2 different things right now, but when they get new ones, sometimes they sell out the same day. I missed out on something I wanted earlier this month. It went on sale at 8 or 9 pm and I forgot to look until morning and it was too late. I need to give them the email address you use there if you want it. The same for anyone else, if you don't want it. I only have one card and I'm trying to give it away.

I sent it today, Frank.

Where to?

There will be 3 new trial products at 50% 9 pm tonight. This would be a good time to get that card if you want it.

OLight said it was transferred from my account to yours.

Okay. It's there. I forgot about the 3 new trial items and all 3 are sold out. I would have liked to buy 1 or 2, but I'm not ordering anything now. I'm getting ready to go up north for 2 weeks or so for the 4th of July, and don't want to sit here waiting for packages.
