I got more Olights yesterday. A limited edition Titanium Gears Arkfeld Pro that I pre-ordered, in April, I think. An Oclip Pro Stars & Stripes Edition, with a Headlamp Strap that's compatible with the Oclip, Oclip Pro, and Oclip Ultra, and a free Oclip Pro American Flag Patch. And a Memorial Day Special Deal i3E EOS Stars and Stripes edition, for $4.99. They still have those for sale, too, for $12.99. They didn't run out yet. They would be good to have on the 4th of July too, but I won't buy them when they aren't on sale.
The Oclip Headlamp Strap is perforated to let it breathe, and has reflective stripes and writing on it. The light clips onto a bracket that can rotate 170 degrees, or until the light hits your face, whichever comes first. And it stays in position. I haven't tried jumping up and down to see if it moves. The square that the light clips onto is just the right size. It doesn't move back and forth or up and down at all. Now my Oclip Pros can do almost everything my Perun 2 Mini can, but with a maximum output of 500 lumens and beam distance of 393 ft (120 m), vs. 1,100 lumens and 492 ft (150 m) beam distance on the Perun 2 Mini. But I never use Turbo anyway. I'm much more likely to use 100 or 300 lumens on the Oclip Pro, and 60 or 250 lumens on the other. If I had the headstrap sooner, I probably wouldn't have bought the Perun 2 Mini. You can also take the Oclip bracket off the head strap and attach it directly to MOLLE gear if you wear a vest or pack of any kind. Having an Oclip on your chest with the ability to tilt it down at any angle would come in really handy. It would made an excellent map light, especially if you have maps that are red-light readable like military maps.
https://www.olight.com/store/oclip-headlamp-strapP.S. The Arkfeld Pro had a black pocket clip on it but I had a blue clip left over that I previously bought an extra of. For some reason I was thinking they were for the Arkfeld Ultra, not the Pro, and I only used 1 of the 2 I bought, until now. The titanium flashlight is definitely heavier than the aluminum ones, so I'll sit and admire it more than I carry it. But, some pocket wear might polish it up a bit and make it look even better.
