A 3.64 inch barrel, 17 round mags, and a $499.99 MSRP. Nice. One of my friends went with me to pick up my Trek-22. Last year he was talking about getting a 9mm pistol, but waited until we were in the gun store to ask which gun I thought he should get. I pointed at a Barrett .50 BMG. ;D  There were 2 of them and he pointed at them and said, that one for at home, and that one for up north. :D

I haven’t been home for a week yet and I already put money down on a canik MC9LS.

I like Canik guns.  I found where I had stashed 2 or the 3 mags I have for it earlier this past week.  I think you will really like it.

I spent a little time this morning lusting over a Ruger Mark IV in Competition or Hunter models.  Real pricey though.

A friend just gifted me a Walther P-38, He's in his 80's and is thinning out his collection. While at a friends FFL/Gun shop I saw an Uberti SAA in .45 Colt,Asked him about it and found out it belonged to a friend I used to shoot CAS with that passed away. His son was selling off most of his guns. I asked how much and was told to make an offer since it wasn't getting any interest on Gun Broker. I got it for $325.00 out the door. Now just waiting for the purchase permit here in the peoples republic of NYistan. Pictures to follow once I take possession.

Great nations rise and fall. The people go from bondage to spiritual truth, to great courage, from courage to liberty, from liberty to abundance, from abundance to selfishness, from selfishness to complacency, from complacency to apathy, from apathy to dependence, from dependence back again to bondage. Where are we now??????
