That's the GRAD 22 5-shot .22 LR, made by Global Research and Development. They made knives and bayonets. It's a Class III AOW. British police started wetting themselves when they heard about it.

 :)  True, but it doesn't usually make the papers.

Someplace online they were calling it the GRAD Hybrid too. I can't find the site that makes them anymore so they may be out of business.
