OK - so I have 'old timers' disease. Same statement concerning the head, just wrong partner in the marriage. How can people be so twisted with their views - don't facts matter? Legal gun owners/CCW holders do not commit crimes (usually). It's the criminals that need to be stopped, not the law-abaiding. Spend your money on that rather than harrassing us.
I know, I'm preaching to the choir. It just really pisses me off how stupidity rules & is getting worse.
When it comes to crime control you are correct IF the emphasis is on crime, but when, as in modern America, the objective is CONTROL then it is mandatory to suppress the law abiding as it's an accepted fact that criminals will always do as they please.
