Since moving back to Ft. Lauderdale, my wife is still in NC until our house sells. This means I can go to the ranges in the area more

, Funny, When I put my ears and eyes on, I can't hear the phone or anything.

So, I decided to conduct a test on my full size M+P .40. I've had the pistol since Feb. 08, and always fired, cleaned, lubed, repeat,.. With no issues.
Over the last week, I decided to eliminate the clean and lube part. Also I fired all different types and brands of .40 ammo.
Winchester Target/Range
Remington
Magtech
CCI Blazer Brass
Hornady
Winchester LE
Cor-Bon
Even some reloaded rounds bought in bag form at a gun show some time back.
The total number of rounds is 750. I have not changed anything on the pistol at all. Its completely stock.
Here's a picture after today's session of the "dirty girl" after 750 rds.

I tried to picture the fouling inside the barrel.

Just for the fun of it, I blazed through the last 100 rds. of Winchester Target/Range ammo as fast as I could, (I"ve never got the barrel that hot), that thing was really toasty.
I saved my final 8 rds. of Cor-Bon JHP's for something I read on a previous thread regarding extreme pistol training. So I ran a new target as far down the range (25yds.) as it would go. This is something very valid as it was was a good post. Here was the result:

Not very scientific, but just a shooter with time away from the wife to get more range time in. I had NO FTF, FTFeed, or FTE.

It went bang every single time without even a hiccup.
Jaybethel, you did good on your M+P from MB.
I know I didn't throw sand in it, and drag it behind my car, and stick it elbow deep in mud, but I had the time and ammo, so I thought I'd give it a go. I would have loved to try another 750 rds. but I am like Joe the Plumber, and don't have the "bling" for a 1500 or 2000 rd. test. Plus, I had to save some of my .40 stash for the BHO zombies...

Yes, I know there are the G fans and others, and I know they can probably achieve the same result easily. But I am an M+P fan, and just thought I'd throw my results in the pot, for anyone considering a reliable pistol.
